These terms explain how to use the API Besaz website, account, token purchases, and backend-project generation service. Read them together with the Privacy Policy before placing an order or using account-based features.
By creating an account, placing an order, or using the service, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the service. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
API Besaz lets you define data models, relationships, API routes, and optional modules, then generates files for a FastAPI backend project from a validated configuration. Depending on your selections, output may include models, schemas, services, REST routes, database migrations, authentication, tests, and deployment files. API Besaz does not host or operate the downloaded project for you or publish, configure, or maintain it in your target environment.
Keep account information accurate and current. You are responsible for protecting sign-in methods and for activity performed through your account; report suspected unauthorized access promptly. Do not use another person’s account or contact details without authority, or submit an identifier you do not have the right to use.
Before confirming an order, check the number of tokens, final price, currency, package features, and order conditions displayed at checkout. The displayed total applies to that order; a later price change does not automatically change a completed purchase.
You may not use the service to:
Access may be restricted or temporarily suspended in response to a substantiated abuse or security risk, or a legal requirement. Where practical and lawful, we will communicate the reason and how to follow up.
The API Besaz name and brand, interface, generation engine, proprietary templates, and service-owned components remain the property of their respective rights holders. Use of the site does not transfer ownership of those components. Third-party libraries and tools are subject to their own licenses; any license files included with the output must be respected by the user.
Output requires review. Code is generated from your configuration and available templates and may need changes for your use case. Automatic generation is not a security audit or a guarantee of error-free operation, defined performance, industry compliance, or production readiness. Before real-world use, review the code, dependencies, licenses, tests, and security settings, and test in your target environment.
Deployment and operation. You are responsible for secrets, access permissions, TLS, the database, backups, monitoring, dependency updates, and deployment of the downloaded project. Nothing in these terms removes a responsibility or right that cannot be excluded by law.
You may stop using the service at any time and request account closure. Access may be restricted or suspended for a serious breach, security threat, or legal requirement. Information needed for disputes, transaction records, accounting, security, or legal duties may be retained for the necessary period; closing an account does not mean every backup or legally required record is deleted immediately.
Changes. The current version and review date appear on this page. Material changes may be announced through the service or a registered contact channel where appropriate. Continued use after an effective change is subject to the revised terms, while respecting legal notice and consent requirements.
Governing law and mandatory rights. These terms are interpreted in light of applicable laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, including the Electronic Commerce Law of 2003 and the Computer Crimes Law, as amended and applicable. Mandatory consumer protections and the jurisdiction of competent authorities prevail over any inconsistent wording. This document is not individual legal advice.
Related agreement. These terms and the Privacy Policy describe the main rules for using the website. The details of each package, price, and transaction are also specified on the order page and receipt.
